About The Founder
Growing up in Germany surrounded by dogs – from Great Danes to German Shepherds – I developed a deep passion for holistic pet care. A rescue Staffie changed everything, showing me how misunderstood this loving breed truly is and inspiring my dedication to dog rescue and rehabilitation.
I discovered how natural remedies, CBD, whole-food nutrition, and organic products transformed my dogs’ wellbeing. That knowledge fueled my mission: bringing professional, holistic dog daycare and pet care to Cape Town families who demand the best for their four-legged loved ones.

Before your dog joins us
Vaccination Requirements
Before your pup joins the Bow Wow pack, they’ll need:
- Rabies vaccination – current
- Annual vaccination – current
- Bordetella (Kennel Cough vaccine) – current
- Tick & flea preventative – prescribed by your vet
Important: Please ask your vet for the Kennel Cough vaccination. It is not part of standard vaccination schedules, so your vet needs to know this is an extra shot you want. Your pup can’t start daycare or overnights without it, even if their other vaccinations are up to date.
Spayed or Neutered Requirement
All dogs six months and older must be spayed or neutered to attend Bow Wow.
First Day Sociability Assessment
Every pup attending daycare needs a quick sociability assessment on their first day. This helps us understand your dog’s personality and play style so we can match them with the right playmates and activities. We’ll chat through the results with you when you pick up your pup.
First Day Cost: R160 (cash) – charged at our casual rate
