Our numbers vary hugely day-by-day, but our large facility and spacial zoning means that we are never over-crowded.
Because every doggo has such different dietary requirements we do not provide any food on-site and ask that you please bring all of your pawsome friends meals individually packaged with a written schedule.
Yes. We only accept dogs who’ve had their full vaccinations, and require this upon admission. We also only take dogs who have been neutered to avoid unnecessary complications and aggression.
Our facility is full with toys, pools and other pooches! What more could a dog ask for? Additional walks are available daily for a small extra fee. We ask that you don’t bring extra toys as these can cause territorial behaviour and aggression.
While there are plenty of beds available, your dog won’t have their own private bed, unless they need to be brought aside for any reason – in which case there are private beds available. For sleepovers your dog will have their own private bed.
Yes, we are fastidious about administering your pets medication on time. If your dog requires medicine throughout the day we ask that you bring this along in a clear bag or container labeled with the dogs name, including an administration schedule inside.
Yes, we have an outside area where dogs can run and go for toilet breaks. If you would like your four-legged friend to get some extra exercise, then daily walks in the park are offered at a small additional fee.
We do not currently offer collection and delivery, but it’s something we definitely have in the pipeline.
